Family Private Care offers a variety of payment options to make it easier for you or your loved one to receive the quality care they need and deserve. We currently accept the following forms of payment:

• Checks
• Payments initiated using your bank's On-Line Bill Payment system.
• Credit Cards
  We accept all of the following major credit cards:
  
  You can choose to use your credit card for individual transactions, or you can arrange for the convenient option of automatic payment. Either way, our dedicated staff will assist you using our secure credit card processing service. We take your privacy very seriously, and we protect your credit card and financial data in the same careful and secure manner we use for your personal and medical information.
• Long Term Care Insurance
  We work with numerous long term care insurance providers, and we have experienced staff who will help you navigate through the often complex procedures required for you to obtain your benefits. You can rest assured that we will be your advocate in seeing that you receive all the benefits provided for under your policy. Our staff is happy to answer your questions and obtain resolution from insurance providers should any issues arise.
  
  We will submit timely invoices and supporting documentation to your insurance company and monitor their claims payment performance. You can choose to have your insurance company reimburse you, or, for added convenience, we can help you arrange for assignment of benefits where your insurance company pays us directly.
