Payment Options


Family Private Care offers a variety of payment options to make it easier for you or your loved one to receive the quality care they need and deserve. We currently accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash
  • Checks
  • Electronic Payment Services(Coming soon)
  • Payments initiated using your bank's On-Line Bill Payment system.
  • Credit CardsWe accept all of the following major credit cards: American Express, VISA, Mastercard, DisoverYou can choose to use your credit card for individual transactions, or you can arrange for the convenient option of automatic payment. Either way, our dedicated staff will assist you using our secure credit card processing service. We take your privacy very seriously, and we protect your credit card and financial data in the same careful and secure manner we use for your personal and medical information.
  • Long Term Care Insurance
    We work with numerous long term care insurance providers, and we have experienced staff who will help you navigate through the often complex procedures required for you to obtain your benefits. You can rest assured that we will be your advocate in seeing that you receive all the benefits provided for under your policy. Our staff is happy to answer your questions and obtain resolution from insurance providers should any issues arise.

    We will submit timely invoices and supporting documentation to your insurance company and monitor their claims payment performance. You can choose to have your insurance company reimburse you, or, for added convenience, we can help you arrange for assignment of benefits where your insurance company pays us directly.

    Participating insurance providers include (but are not limited to): AARP LTC, AF&L American Pioneer, Banker’s Life, CNA, Genworth, John Hancock, KMG/Kanawha, Lincoln Benefit, MetLife, National States, Penn Treaty, Senior Health SHIP, Trans America, and UNUM.

    If you do not see your long-term insurance provider listed here, please call us. Our team of experts will contact your provider to make necessary arrangements.

  • Governmental Assistance
    Individuals with limited funds may qualify for governmental assistance through the Florida Department of Elder Affairs. Please refer to the Department of Elder Affairs for more information and to determine eligibility for home-based programs and services.
  • Veterans Affairs
    United States Veterans and their families may be eligible for financial resources through the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. For more information about VA benefits or for eligibility requirements, please visit the VA website at
